Mrs. Ocheze Chineyere Nwokorie is a Civil Servant - Deputy Director in the Federal Ministry of Education of Nigeria. She is a Psychologist/Reading Specialist and a Guidance Counsellor by profession, who specializes in Family, Industrial and Education counselling.
As a member of organizations like the Reading Association of Nigeria (RAN) and the Pan-African Literacy Association, she is fully committed to implementing policies that will restore the reading culture of the Nigerian society and the world at large. She is the current desk officer for the Federal Ministry of Education’s READ Campaign and has been a desk officer for international development projects with partners like USAID, DFID and UNICEF among others. She is also a consultant and is highly sought after.
She has presented several papers on the aforementioned subject and various other topics centered on improving the standard of education and good governance at both national and international conferences.
